Christmas cake with extra virgin olive oil – Kg 1
A very recent production innovation, an even more mouth-watering variant of the classic Pandulivo, enriched by the presence of chocolate and, above all, Calabrian figs, which give this excellent oven-baked pastry, baked with sourdough starter, a regional connotation. Pandulivo chocolate and figs is the result of our collaboration with the ‘Dolci Pensieri di Calabria’ pastry workshop in San Fili (CS). They too have discovered in our Altanum – I.G.P. extra virgin olive oil an essential ingredient for digestibility, delicate notes and a taste that captivates the palate.
To enjoy it at its best, open the packet at least one hour before consumption.
