Excellent as an aperitif, for cooking or stuffing. Artisanally prepared with olives of the Nocellara Messinese variety, produced in the olive groves of the land owned by the Fratelli Fazari farm and marketed under the brand name of Olearia San Giorgio in 340 g jars.
