Olives of the Nocellara Messinese variety grown in the olive groves of the Fratelli Fazari farm. They are rigorously crushed by hand to maintain their original consistency, then seasoned with a few natural ingredients and finally preserved with L'Aspromontano extra virgin olive oil.
