Description

Colour: veiled golden yellow.
Nose: delicate, vigorous and persistent fruit with distinct notes of fresh grass, hints of wild thistle, ripe golden apple and delicate undergrowth tones.
Taste: well balanced with light tones of bitterness and more pronounced spiciness. It closes with a hint of field grass, vegetables and small red fruits; harmonious and elegant, with delicate tones of ripe and dried fruit on a herbaceous base.
Bitterness and pungency: restrained and balanced, ending in sweet almonds.
Appearance: veiled.
Use: raw on everything.
