This oil comes from the company’s olive groves located in the Reggio Calabria municipalities of San Giorgio Morgeto and Cittanova, which are part of the Aspromonte National Park.
It is a successful bland of three excellent olive varieties: ottobratica, carolea and, to a lesser extent, sinopolese and reveals a high versatility.
In cooking, it adds flavour and taste to meat and fish dishes, adds flavour to salads, and is an excellent substitute for butter in the preparation of cakes and bakery products, with surprising results in digestibility and taste.
